What we count
161,826 Scottish postcodes, each read at its centre. A postcode is in a zone when its centre falls inside it; when a boundary passes within 40 m, the result says so. Listed buildings are counted within 100 m, contaminated land within 500 m.
Limits
Planning applications and building warrants are not open with their details, so we do not report them. Roads adoption and statutory notices are held by the council alone. A blank proves nothing.
Privacy
We publish no owner and no address. Article 4 directions named after a single address are shown by reference.
Artificial intelligence
AI helped draft explanations. It adds no facts about a property.
